At Fit Fast Gear, we are committed to ensuring your product satisfaction. However, if unsatisfied, you can exchange or return your items within 20 days of receiving your order. Additionally, every Fit Fast Gear product comes with a 90-day warranty. Please read the following guidelines to understand our return and refund policy.
Unopened Items
You may return any unopened products and accessories within 20 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Note that delivery charges will not be refunded and are the customer’s responsibility.
Opened Items
Opened items and accessories can also be returned within 20 days of delivery, provided they are in saleable condition with original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Cancelled Orders
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you refuse the delivery, it will be treated as a return under our standard policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may return the item within 20 days of delivery. The order amount will be refunded, but delivery charges will not be refunded and are the customer’s responsibility.
Ordered by Mistake
Orders placed by mistake can be returned within 20 days of delivery. The order amount will be refunded, but delivery charges will not be refunded and are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Products
Inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any damage, contact us with pictures of the damaged item highlighting the defect as soon as possible. We will process a claim and arrange an exchange.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with us and send us pictures of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Shipping costs will be refunded if a refund is issued.
Limitations
Returns without original documentation or a completed return form will be rejected. Clearly state the reason for the return or exchange on the invoice/return form and specify if you require a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to inspection before a credit or a refund is issued.
Warranty
We offer a limited 90-day warranty on all Fit Fast Gear products. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, we will replace defective products at no charge. The warranty period is 90 days from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or other conditions not resulting from defects in material and workmanship.
Return Shipping Labels
We provide free return shipping labels for the following situations:
- Incorrect product received (images required)
- Wrong color received (images required)
- Wrong size received (images required)
- The order was canceled but was dispatched late
- Not as described (reason required)
No Free Return Shipping Labels
We do not provide free return shipping labels for:
- Orders canceled after dispatch
- Change of mind
- Orders placed by mistake
- Wrong size/color ordered
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, groin and mouth guards cannot be returned or exchanged after usage.
Custom Orders
Fit Fast Gear does not offer returns or refunds on custom orders. Each custom order is made specifically for the customer, team, or organization and is non-refundable. If there are any issues with your custom order, please get in touch with us at info@fastasports.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

- Average order turnaround time is 15-20 business days.
- Rushed production turnaround time is 12-15 business days.
- You agree to our no refund and no returns policy by paying for a custom order.
- We recommend ordering a custom sample to inspect the product before placing a full order.
